The structure is over-looking the city - a great view! Temple of Leah is a 1 hour drive away from Cebu City. The very detailed structure is worth a visit, if you're a fan of greek style architecture or mythology. It has a feel of Barcelona and greece at the same time. The fountain at the center is perfect for an instagram photo. The collections of vases, ceramics and antiques are vast. Temple of Leah is one of the top cultural and historical sites worth adding to your itinerary in Cebu City. Many call the temple the “Taj Mahal” of Cebu because it is also a mausoleum for a great love that never ends, even after death. Teodorico Soriano Adarna had the Temple of Leah built for his late wife, Leah Albino-Adarna. Located in the high mountains of Barangay Busay and 45 minutes drive from Cebu city, the Temple of Leah began construction in 2012. There are around 24 different chambers in the complex containing a library, art gallery, bar and museum, just to name a few. You will also see statues of lions, angels and gladiators as you explore. Lovely stone steps leads to the portico and you will find the 10-foot high statue of Leah near the lobby. The Temple also offers stunning views of Cebu City and surrounding areas below. It was a very pleasant trip and the cooler breeze also provided much relief. We hired a driver and car for 2,500 pesos who took us here and also a few other popular tourists attractions in the area. You can also hire any taxis for that price in advance or even in the morning you decide it’s a good day to be sightseeing outdoors and they are always available in front of your hotel. This is the most convenient, comfortable and cheapest option compared to joining a tour because you can start at any time of the day, take your time and the exclusive driver will patiently wait for you from one attraction to another. You will need to pay for the entrance fees and parking but they are very cheap.

I think the entrance fee was around 100 pesos per person, and it was more expensive if you went in by car. So we decided to have the driver stay outside and went in alone. It was a bit disappointing that the sky was gray because it was raining lightly, but the view was good so it was okay for taking pictures. The Greek-style temple building and the golden statues went well together, so it was good for taking pictures as the introduction said. If the weather is good, it is a place worth trying to take the best picture of your life. Since the inside of the building is prohibited, we walked around the building, and the Gyesanjeon behind the building looks dangerous as if it will collapse, but it has a mysterious feel, so it is the most memorable. #2023travelwish Temple of Leah is one of the top itinerary in Cebu city. You will see statutes of lions, angels, and gladiators as you explore. This temple is a beautiful Roman inspired architectural shrine. I love to capture the view of the city in the balcony. This angle is one of my favorite here. The angel statues on the balcony really gives a Roman vibes. The spectacular view of the city from here is wonderful. Wish to have a spectacular view too in South Korea and Japan on 2023. Filipinos also take a lot of snapshots, and locals wearing dresses can be seen from the back. That japchae looks like a goddess! If you're traveling to Cebu, you should definitely include this course♡ There are many city tour packages, but since we were a group of three we just called a taxi from the hotel and went. Place looks amazing. Nice statues, temple pillars and an overlooking view. There are some collections of pottery and dolls on the lower floors and some unfinished areas in the back. Because of its location, the temple offers a breathtaking view of Cebu City, and inevitably gives visitors a feeling that they are abroad due to the Greek-inspired architecture.

About 8 of us rented a van and went there🚗 The road to the temple was different from the scenery in Cebu city, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere surrounded by fields and mountains. The mountain area was a little cooler, and the climate was more comfortable than in the city. The interior of the temple was luxurious. Most people took lots of photos because it was photogenic📸 It seems to have been built by an ancient king for his queen, and we looked at the exhibits while feeling the love between husband and wife🖼️

Its nice to be back in ph, i enjoy so much. Our trip is really amazing. The garden in sirao is quite nice and instagramable . Will visit again next year.
