Moving the temple from Egypt to Spain was quite an undertaking, requiring it to be dismantled piece by piece and then reassembled in Madrid. The Temple of Debod can be visited for free, but you need to book online in advance. Inside the temple, you can find statues and ancient artifacts dedicated to Amun, the king of the gods, and the goddess Isis.
