【Mong Kok】TAP: The Ale Project - Enjoy a variety of craft beers
In the early years, there was a round of food and beverage boom in Black Cloth Street, with coffee shops, dessert shops, ramen shops, pubs, etc. There were long and short queues outside almost every specialty shop.
I have visited several restaurants under the banner of Shao Yeh Beer, but the "original-level" TAP has not been tried in these years. The weather is cold and warm.
Izakaya in Berlin/ BINO #11
Shao Yeh Brewery brewed its own, added mountain pepper and grapefruit, with a little sour taste, refreshing, very Japanese flavor, pleasing to ask the clerk to recommend a quaint funky, smell a little blue cheese flavor, immediately look forward to drink hop flavor rich, bitterness is not strong, like easier to enter IPA, smell more prominent than drinking.
Fried Cajun Chicken Wings with Cornstarch Sauce $78
There are six chicken wings per serving, fried crispy and dry, and the dipping sauce with fermented bean curd has a subtle taste, not too much.
Onion-marinated oysters $64
The presentation is quite mini, and it is a surprise: the oyster meat slightly stained with black beer sauce is firm and sweet, with elements of Chinese onion oil, rarely seen outside, worth a try.
Black eggplant beef spaghetti $86
The pasta was newly launched not long ago, I thought the combination of black garlic and catfish would be very heavy, out of the overall taste rich and harmonious, pasta cooked bouncy, butter flavor rich, personally like sweet dishes, and others are saltier, just balanced.
Fried Sis Burger $148
Usually the other half will mostly accommodate my taste, knowing I do not love coriander, but insist on trying, only risking my life to accompany the gentleman.
The food is above standard, the price is reasonable, the crowds are less than expected on Sunday night, even if you don't drink, you can still order Pub food!
