💎 Qingxiu Mountain, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, worth visiting. The tour takes about 3 hours (walking + small train). It is recommended to walk or cycle. Recommended spots include Yinsheng Botanical Garden, Guanyin Zen Temple, photo spots from ancient to modern times, and Peach Blossom Island.
💎 Chaoyang Road Pedestrian Street, the commercial center of Nanning, bustling with many delicious foods. Recommended to try Baisheng’s Big Bear Snail Noodles 💥 and Grandma’s Handmade Drinks, great for check-ins.
💎 Sanjie Liangxiang, one of the better-preserved traditional neighborhoods in Nanning, blending Lingnan architectural style with rich historical and cultural heritage. There are many small shops for check-ins and photos. It’s a 10-minute walk from Chaoyang Road.
💎 Pingxi Old Brand Food Night Market, Nanning has many night markets, but if you only have one night, this is the place to go. Many celebrities have checked in here. From Sanjie Liangxiang, walk across Yongjiang Bridge and along the Yongjiang Riverbank, about 20 minutes to reach the night market. Grilled ribs, thin tofu slices, and honey-glazed ribs are all delicious~
💎 Tingzi Wharf, a 10-minute walk from the night market, mainly for enjoying Nanning’s night view!
🧰🧰🧰 Tips
Accommodation: Near Chaoyang Road, convenient for travel and transportation.
Clothing: Check the weather in advance. When I went, it was quite hot, but it can be colder when it rains, so bring a thick jacket.
🪪 Food: Nanning specializes in various noodles. Any local snail noodles or old friend noodles are delicious. I tried several highly recommended places with long queues, but they were just average.
