There is another #MichelinBibGourmand street food on the streets of Bangkok, and a duck meat specialty restaurant #ChenSuiXingRestaurant that has been in business for eight years. There is something magical about Local Food, you may have to experience it yourself.
Ordered the signature duck pot and duck egg noodles. The duck meat pot is stewed in a casserole and is full of aroma. The duck meat is fresh, soft, salty, fragrant, oily and tender. It goes well with oyster sauce and kale. If you order a bowl of white rice and pour the sauce on it, it should be cleaned up in no time.
Considering the small portion of duck meat pot, the amount of duck meat with skin is quite large, and there are also two pieces of duck blood hidden in it, but it is a little lacking in tenderness and is not as delicious as duck meat. There are also some duck intestines mixed in, which are quite crispy. Small portion is 200 baht.
The duck noodle soup is much lighter in comparison. I chose egg wide noodles. The soup has the flavor of Bak Kut Teh, and the duck meat is also tender and soft.
