T & K was recommended by a friend, and It was good. Good menu selection, and fresh tasting seafood. Their prawns are very delicious and the fish with lime & Thai chili is one of my favorites. This is the busiest restaurant of all china town but they serve pretty fast. One of the must visit when you are around chinatown. T & K is located in a four-story shophouse, this chinese style restaurant makes maximum use of the space. Amazing food. Great Thai experience :) many locals were eating here as well. The restaurant is located in Bangkok's China Town (Yaowarat), you have to first take the subway MRT to Hualamphong Station, then walk for about 15 minutes, or take a taxi or tuk-tuk, the fare is about 50 Baht. It is very easy to find as it’s the most popular seafood restaurant in Chinatown. Every evening, it is jam-packed with tourists. Their signature dishes are Stir-fried Crab with Yellow Curry (my favourite!), Charcoal Grilled River Prawns, Steamed Fish in Garlic and Lemon Soup, Grilled Mussels, Fresh Oysters, Moon Shrimp Cakes, Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup, Fried Oysters and more. If you drink beers, I highly recommend trying the local brands like Singha, Chang and Leo. They only open from evening onwards and have many fresh seafood for you to choose. It is not a restaurant but it is a food store by the road. So if you are uncomfortable then it is better not to eat here. I also will not recommend you to eat raw or uncooked seafood because you might not be able to adapt to the food hygiene here. If you are here, try out their grilled river prawn, so fresh and juicy. Reasonably priced seafood located at Bangkok Chinatown Yaowarat's T&K seafood. ordered a small curry crabs, morning glory (veg) and also fried rice. food portion is good for 2 to 3 person and quite tasty. aircon seating is limited and hence come early if you prefered to eat within the air con area. Otherwise they have street seats which more be less hygienic but more localised.
