Tainan's Oldest Park, Tainan Park

Introduction: Tainan Park is located between Beimen Road and Gongyuan Road, covering an area of over 40,000 square meters. It opened in 1917 and is the oldest park in Tainan. Originally named Zhongshan Park, Yantan is an important attraction within the park. Tainan Park was formerly a tropical experimental forest during the Japanese era, with a diverse and rich forest landscape that resembles a real forest. As the first green space in Tainan planned according to modern park concepts, the city government has made significant efforts to renovate it in recent years, introducing a wide variety of flowers, making it the most dazzling flower park in the south. Tainan Park is the highlight of the flower viewing season in the city.
