The room has a window, and a kettle, cups, and plastic bottles of water are always available. Next to the front desk is a DeLonghi coffee maker, snacks, and tea bags. The coffee beans they use are displayed, and the coffee on the day I stayed was very delicious. There is no partition between the shower and toilet in the bathroom, so it gets soaked after a shower, but that's a compromise. There are no problems with the hot water or water pressure!
