The price of this course menu, where creative dishes are poured into a parade, is fresher. If you go to lunch, you can enjoy the same mood at half the price of dinner. This is the blessing of lunch.
Everything is pretty and precious. Starting with Chodang corn esfuma, which you can enjoy first with your eyes, wild bluefin tuna carpaccio has an excellent taste, and Dokdo Korean chives with ink puree and almond foam made from Taean potatoes have a natural umami taste. Linguini with Taean mussels is like a picture, and the wild-caught minnows and Daum Iberico steak are the points of admiration. The flavor of each ingredient was well preserved.
