I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, where I could see some angles, and dining at the top floor of the InterContinental Hotel also offered some nice views.

Hurricanes Grill is a very famous American barbecue restaurant in Sydney. There are currently several branches in Sydney. This time I dined at the Circular Quay branch. It is right opposite the Sydney Harbour Circular Quay. Take the L2/L3 light rail to Circular Quay Station and walk for 3 minutes. Hurricanes Grill has many seats in the store and the table distance is very comfortable. However, it is still difficult to get a seat during holiday dining time. I dined with friends that day and only took a photo of the environment in the store when it was closed. The most famous food is their Hurricane Charcoal Grilled Pork Ribs. They are very tender and juicy, not dry at all! The BBQ sauce is seasoned just right and is really delicious. The store also offers other grilled items but unfortunately they all have the same seasoning. The restaurant has a special bar and the cocktails taste great. The average cost per person is about NT$800 to NT$1,000. I highly recommend that you try this popular and delicious pork ribs if you come to Sydney! The exhibition I saw, "Just not Australian", was really interesting.There also Movies play here everyday which showcases a lot more than the museum itself. If you are planning a trip to Sydney, there is no one who does not visit the Sydney Opera House. Be sure to go before sunset to see the sunset and the night view. I took the tram and arrived at Circular Que around 4 o'clock and slowly walked to the Opera House. The Harbour Bridge and the Sydney CBD skyline were both so beautiful. If you are lucky, you can even see large cruise ships coming and going. The closer you get to the Opera House, the more crowded it gets, so I recommend going right in front of it. It is difficult to take pictures the closer you get, but you can see the details of the building instead, so I recommend looking closely. If time and budget allow, I would have liked to see a guided tour inside the Opera House or an actual performance. There is a bar called Opera Bar right below the Opera House. It is bustling with local families and friends as well as tourists, so you can feel the local vibe. They check your ID here, so you must bring your passport to enter. And since orders and payments are made using QR codes, you must also have a card that can be used for overseas payments.
