We were in Kuala Terengganu when we decided to extend our Holiday here since long weekend recently and managed to get a room her. Everything was ok as expected only one where we wanted to call for room service they said it’s not available as they are running out of ingredients for the items we asked i.e pizza and banana split. which I think it shouldn’t happens as a hugh resort u should always be ready on room request not informing the guess we run out of ingredients due to long weekend. Check in - superfast. They even called asking my location and roughly when is ETA Breakfast - ok Food - they are pleanty of restaurants infrint of the resort. you can just walk about 5 mins and there you are Room size - comes with balcony. Since it can be consider old resort the room is spacious even with one extra bed Beach - Private beach and clean. You have the option to ride the ATV, beach valleyball etc. The sea during our stay was calm, shallow and safe to swim😎 Pool - the adult pool is 5’ flat pool and you need to be in proper attire to enter the pool. kids pool comes with slides. They also have jacuzzi WE have stayed in Cherating few times and our 1st stay here. I can only say GOODBYE cherating. REASON - not easy to get food. you have to drive out unless you opt for the resort meal if they are provided. Unlike here if you decided not to have breakfast in the resort you will find restaurants with local delicacies food.

Getting There - Personal transport Attractions - Beautiful beach with smooth sand Hotels - Average.The price was not comparable to the facilities. Food & Restaurants - Average. It would help if you got to the city centre to have nice ikan bakar.

Very nice stay so far!! They have upgraded their decoration to luxury room view.. last time i went 2019 is so different than this year 2024.. Check in process smooth, staff is very friendly, food is good, they also provided Spa & Massage appointment-basis.. Im sure this is the best place to relax. The beach is clean and got a few activity at the beach.. they have fire show during the night, my kids love it so much!! #travel #staycation #beautiful_malaysia

second time in this week we came here as holiday and work.suasan yang tenang dan damai buatkan kami suka ke sini.tje pool is great dan deep ..pool for kanak-kanak also have.mereka enjoy to play there..open from 8 a.m to 7 a.m.bring your card to get the towel from the pool staff .dalam bilik lengkap dengan iron..easy for women right to iron clothes..got balcony..choice premium to get the great view of sea and the pool.

I took my family for a trip to the beach during weekend & Swiss Garden was the best choice located at Beserah, Kuantan. They have the best pool for kids with slides & the rooms I got was on Ground Floor facing the pool, perhaps since they saw my kids they must be excited to see the pool. The room was recently renovated so it has this fresh feel to it. Very spacious.
