[2025 Sungai Petani Hotels] Travel Guide for Swiss Avenue Hotel (Updated Jul)

❤️First time staying here, all and all, it was a pleasant experience. The pool was huge, great for kids/family. If you come on the weekend, the hotel will sell some finger food selections for you to munch by the pool for RM10 per serving/plate. ❤️Room deposits have to be paid by cash, please make sure you bring extra cash for it. ❤️My room was at the opposite end from the hotel lobby, quite a bit of a walk to check in/out and to their cafe for breakfast. But they have few lifts and another entrance from behind. If you're bringing elderly, make sure you drop by the main entrance to check in first and drive to the back entrance so they don't have to walk that far ❤️Spacious pool with uniques status of animal. The rooms are quite big & beds very comfortable. We can relax and play at the gym & swimming pools. A lot of parking and no problem if come in night time also. Friendly and professional staff. Also, we enjoyed the facilities especially the pool. Offer varieties of delicious foods and drinks. Highly recommended.. great location as well and easy to find.. overall satisfied..

Swiss Avenue Hotel SP has always been my top choice whenever I visit Sungai Petani – and the main reason is definitely the pool access! Each room comes with 5 entry tickets to the pool, which is super convenient. Even if you bring along your niece or nephew, they’re welcome too with just a small additional fee. The best part is the atmosphere – it's such a great place for families to gather and relax. The kids absolutely love the pool, and I really appreciate that there’s always security staff around to ensure everything runs smoothly. Parents even get tables and chairs nearby so we can comfortably keep an eye on the kids. Oh, and don’t miss the cucur udang and drinks from the restaurant – perfect for snacking by the pool! Spacious rooms, family-friendly environment, and happy kids – what more can we ask for.
