Took a leisure trip to Suzhou and checked out Shantang Street. Found out that Shantang Street was a creation of Bai Juyi's tenure, a typical Jiangnan water town~ Went to Li Bai Crab, Miss Fu's hotpot~ The crab roe mixed rice wasn't as good as I imagined, but the jasmine ice cream on Shantang Street was quite nice, and the most satisfying was the hotel, Han Yu Xiao Zhu, designer recommended, should be considered the best hotel I've been to in a Huizhou-style courtyard😘 ❤Recommended for: . 🌀Great location, right next to the subway station! The exquisite jade carvings, nut carvings, embroideries, etc., are so captivating that they seem to hook your soul in, leaving a lasting impression. As soon as I entered the room, I was filled with the gentle and simple temperament of Jiangnan. The room is very large, the layout is very simple and reasonable, the all-mahogany furniture and the light design with a strong sense of light aesthetics, is a perfect combination of East and West. The all-mahogany furniture does not give people the feeling of old-fashioned decoration, but makes people feel simple and elegant. The bathroom is equipped with double basins and an oval bathtub, a full set of Ferragamo toiletries, and you can feel the full sense of quality of the hotel. I like the hotel's Yi Cui Xuan Tea Room the most. Consistent with the hotel style, the content of the tea menu must have taken a lot of effort. Take a sip of tea, and there is a faint floral fragrance in the tea soup. Paired with layers of exquisite Suzhou-style desserts, sweet and soft, leaving a lingering fragrance on the lips and teeth.
