There are 4 omakase course menu to choose from and I have selected Shinrai at $198 and Rikai at $98. The Shinrai course has a main course and I have selected their in-house special yujo waygu don. You can order this waygu don for $98 separately so which also means that if you remove this wagyu don from Shinrai course, you will pay for Rikai course. There are several time slots to choose for omakase and it is easy to make a reservation. They also have fresh baby crabs on display and the chef will bring it towards you. There are about 16 counter seats and there is no family table. I always remember this place fondly because there were lots of space to play with my classmates. Now all these spaces have been filled up with hotels. There are many hotels in this area at Tanjong Pagar. Amara Hotel is an old hotel, but it has been renovated and there is an interested omakase place. Do come here for their lunch omakase as it is much cheaper, and you still can go over to the nearby hawker center to have more food. This hawker center is also famous for their food but most of the stalls close in the afternoon so come for lunch.
