Tonight, my friend took me to try this newly opened Omakase restaurant in Causeway Bay - "Sushi Masaru x Oko Sake".
Special mention, another feature of this "Sushimasa x Oko Sake" is the collaboration with the 350-year-old Oko Sake, which was born in 1672 at the foot of Mount Ibuki, Japan. Among them, Dahu Special Pure Rice Wine has won the highest honor (Platinum Award) of the London Sake Competition for many consecutive years.

Another highlight is that the sake pairing here is also excellent, the price is affordable but also paired with so many kinds of sake to taste every Omakase cuisine, delicious but also learned wine tasting techniques, highly recommended!
Every time I eat Omakase, one of the enjoyments is the interaction with the master. The young master is humorous and will explain each ingredient and source in detail to customers. His attitude is super nice and smiling.
