I originally went for the fig tart that looks like a jewelry box, but the staff recommended the seasonal parfait with figs, so I ordered that as well. The tart and the not-too-sweet parfait made with seasonal ripe figs made for an elegant tea time. It was an impressive shaved ice. First of all, I was surprised by the size. You pour the special syrup yourself. The fluffy ice made it delicious until the very end. I visited a cafe called 'Room2 Coffee & Roaster' in Kakogawa City, Hyogo! 📍25-2 Jikemachi, Kakogawa-cho, Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture This stylish cafe is a renovated traditional Japanese house located on the south side of JR Kakogawa Station! The interior has high ceilings and is spacious, making it very comfortable! The staff were very kind, and although I only intended to have a meal, the desserts in the showcase looked so delicious that I ended up having cake too 🍰. I loved that it can be used for various purposes from morning to night, as it is open from 8 AM to midnight! Both the lunch and desserts were delicious, so I highly recommend visiting!

Walking into the garden's exquisite bridge, the stream under the bridge flows gently, and the clear water reflects the blue of the sky, as if it is softly chanting an ancient poem. Next to the bridge is a neatly trimmed green lawn, with a few blooming cherry blossoms swaying in the breeze, emitting a faint fragrance. I sat on the small bridge, quietly admiring the surrounding scenery. The sound of gurgling water came to my ears, making me feel inner peace and tranquility. At this moment, time seemed to stand still, making me forget the hustle and bustle of the outside world. As the sun gradually rose higher, I decided to enjoy a cup of matcha in the small teahouse in the garden. The delicate tea fragrance and soft atmosphere made me feel calm and elegant, as if I was in a quiet painting. The rooftop garden is a great place to appreciate Japanese aesthetics, and it is also a great place to heal the soul and regain inner peace!

As we slowly ascend the stone steps, the red leaves on both sides are in full bloom, forming a beautiful contrast with the dark green trees. The Torii is solemn and simple, and the vermilion lacquer has been slightly mottled by the years, adding a sense of history. The main hall is beautifully built, with a roof that has graceful and flowing curves, showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship of traditional Japanese architecture. I particularly like a small stone bridge in the shrine, which spans a gurgling stream and is surrounded by moss, as if I were in a scene from a Hayao Miyazaki animation.
