We had a short trip to KL for 3D2N staycation, with Sunway Lagoon Hotel.💃🏻✨✨The hotel lobby was grand with unique decoration in an unsurpassed vibrant vibe. We felt comfort and versatility in our Deluxe Plus Twin room and take in the views over Sunway City.😊👍🏻✨Our room was nicely furnished with twin beds, and comes with amenities such as a working desk with multi-charging points, smart tv, wifi, and minibar beverages. Location likewise, it’s an ideal place for shopping as it was directly linked to the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. My husband and I stayed at Sunway Lagoon Hotel from 23/12 to 25/12. I would said that was the wonderful experience. We love their room, services and also their breakfast their provide. There are variety of choices for their breakfast and their cafe is very comfortable. The hotel is also link to sunway pyramid mall and nearby sunway lagoon, was really convenient for us. We really enjoy so much at the hotel and we definitely will be back soon! Oh ya, thanks for the lovely christmas gift to, you guys are really very sweet. #hotelreview My stay at Sunway Lagoon Hotel was a pleasant one. Despite being fully booked for the weekend, check in process was smooth and quick, however I felt they lack attention to details such as informing guests about buffet timings. The room was rather spacious and plenty of space to move around. The beds could be joined together forming a king sized bed and bedding was quite comfortable. Room view was nice too, without any obstruction, one side overlooking the main road and with Sunway Lagoon themepark on another. Breakfast buffet spread was decent, serving different cuisines catering to all travelers. Not to mention the location of the hotel is superbly convenient! Next to the mall, you basically don’t have to worry about food or entertainment. The bus hub for Aeroline is also conveniently located next to the hotel. Enjoyed my stay here for 3 days. The location of the hotel was the main reason we booked as the hotel was adjoining Sunway pyramid Mall, so we can shopping, find food and restaurants with easily accessible. A great place to stay. We stayed at a deluxe room. Room is clean and everything works, room overlooks Sunway Lagoon Park. The floor is quiet even though the lifts are nearby. The design of this hotel is awesome, can't stop admiring the room and the bathroom. It is minimalist and elegant at the same time. One thing I was so sure about is having a great sleep while staying. From our arrival until during checkout, I could see the hotels staff have very high morale and team spirit. All of them right from front of the house until back of the house are very friendly and helpful. Staff from HR department also was seen helping out the operation.
