First trip of the year in Chiang Khan 🏠🚲 Relaxing in a slow life style, experiencing the atmosphere along the Mekong River 🍃 This trip, we chose to stay at Sunetta Hostel Chiang Khan, Branch 2, located in Soi 6, the beginning of the walking street. The atmosphere is quieter and more private than before. In the evening, you can go for a walk on the walking street and chill. This branch has 5 rooms in total. Each room type is beautiful and has a good view. We recommend booking in advance because this place fills up very quickly. 👀✨ 🏡 We stayed in the Riverview Suite Plus room, which is a riverside room on the ground floor with a view of the Mekong River. There is a private balcony to sit and relax. You can see a panoramic view of the Mekong River and a bubble bath. 🛁🫧 The common area here has a corner to sit and chill while enjoying the view of the Mekong River. There are free drinks, tea, and coffee for guests. ☕️ As for breakfast, we will choose 1 item per person. There will be congee / fried eggs / rice noodles / sticky rice with grilled chicken. Solo Trip Accommodation Review for the First Time We chose to travel to Chiang Khan, Loei Province. We booked accommodation at a promotional price of 1,300฿. But if we stayed on Friday, we would add another 500฿ net. It would be 1,800฿. We stayed for one night, in the lowest room on the riverside. I would like to say that I was very impressed with my choice of this place. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful. In the morning, I woke up to the view of the fog on the balcony of my room. At night, I just opened the door and went cycling in front of the walking street. If anyone comes to Chiang Khan, I recommend this place. Sunetta Chiang Khan, a classic accommodation Chiang Khan, a city of charm. This time I stayed at Sunetta Chiang Khan with an Attic room with a river view. It was better than I thought… It was an attic room. When I first booked, I thought it would be a small room, not very wide, and I thought it would be very hot during the summer. But when I arrived, it was amazing!!! The room was very large and not hot at all because the air conditioner was very cool. The room was divided into two floors. The lower floor was a bathroom, luggage storage, and a mini bar in the room. The most outstanding part of this room that I really liked was the bed that was flat on the floor on the upper floor under the roof. At the end of the bed was a large TV and a window that looked out onto the Mekong River. Another highlight of this room is that at night we can open the roof and lie down to watch the stars. This room is really worth it. I like that it is artistic and has a unique style. I booked it at a very cheap price, only 9xx.- including breakfast. It is also in the middle of the walking street. This is another place that I really want to recommend.
