This hotel is very unexpected. At first, I thought it would be ordinary. But it turned out to be very very very good. Cheap price. All the staff are lovely. The service is excellent. They take care of us very well. They recommend every part of the hotel and explain the history and concept. The room is very clean. The bed is soft. I slept very comfortably. The equipment is complete. Mini bar or anything. The bathroom is also very good. There is nothing dirty. It is very clean. I forgot to say!!! The hotel is very kind. You can bring 3 things to the room for free. It is a service of the hotel itself (It is a service provided by the hotel). If anyone comes to Chiang Mai, don't forget to come and use the service here. We stayed in a king-size bed room. - The staff provided good service, from the admin who provided information and recommendations to the hotel staff. - Smells good, the room is clean, the soap and organic shampoo are very fragrant.🥰 - There is a gimmick, which is that there are small gifts for us to choose from. - Near tourist attractions such as Wat Chiang Man, Kad Kong Lom, Suki Chang Phueak. - There is a parking lot 250 meters from the hotel. It's fun to walk because there are cute shops in the alley to walk around and see. - Sleep on the 7th floor. - The bed is not too soft. I personally like the bed on the hard side. - I got a room opposite the intersection of the elevator and found it right away. I slept well. It wasn't loud at all. In front of the reception on the first floor, post-its, socks, cola, masks, and hair ties are provided as a service for guests. All the hotel staff were friendly, the room condition was clean, and basic amenities were provided. I didn't see a single bug during my stay, and they listened to my requests well, so I had a comfortable stay. If you are looking for a clean and cost-effective accommodation in the old town during your trip to Chiangmai, I recommend Chiangmai Sumittaya Hotel
