It was dedicated to St. Nicholas in 1306, but the construction of the church began in the 13th century. Stockholm Cathedral has an important historical status in the capital. Its Italian Baroque-style architecture complements the nearby Royal Palace. It stands tall on the top of the old street and is part of the beautiful skyline of the capital. The organ concert is performed from 5:00 to 5:30 in the afternoon. The unique, loud, broad, and harmonious sound of the organ is different from other instruments.
