Best starbucks location
This is my personal favourite. Amongst the best Starbucks locations in meriken park. It's not only a great location, but they have many different pastries, more than other Starbucks outlets. The starbucks is right in the harbor area and there are two floors.
Sitting on the second floor you get a decent panorama of the surrounding area. The New York Cheesecake is small but delicious. The frappucino will give you the necessary sugar high for further walks around the beautiful Kobe. The staff and atmosphere was relaxing and kind. I was able to enjoy my time here and watch the waves and people.

KOBE|Take a Look at a Touch of Kobe Blue
When visiting Kansai, the most anticipated destinations are not Osaka and Kyoto, but rather Kobe and Nara. Especially Kobe, with its fewer people, coastal surroundings, and delicious beef, is perfect for a leisurely day trip in Japan.
-
Upon arriving in Kobe, we got off the Shinkansen and headed straight to Hankyu Department Store across the street. It is said that Kobe has the most comprehensive selection of goods. We snagged the out-of-stock Chanel foundation. If you have favorites, you can also shop around, and don't miss the mall discounts!
Then we headed straight to Meriken Park. The best way to explore this park is by taking a seaside stroll, checking in at the landmarks, buying a coffee at the Starbucks inside the park, and sitting by the sea—it's very relaxing!
Then, continue walking forward to reach the Anpanman Museum and the Ferris wheel, both iconic buildings that are great for photos!

You can also try Kobe beef, but be sure to make a reservation in advance, otherwise, you won't get a spot in line, and they close early for dinner.

Must go to this Starbucks in Kobe Japan
This Starbucks is located near the Kobe port and is surrounded by a few branded hotels and two big shopping malls. My friend and I went there on foot, and while we were on our way, we saw the beautiful scenery of the city with a sea view. This Starbucks has two levels: the first level is the order and pickup area with a few tables and chairs, and the second level has a balcony where you can watch the sun set. They provide an English menu and well-spoken English-speaking staff, so we have no problem communicating with them. After ordering, we sat outside so we could enjoy the great view of the park and sea. Because of the view, we totally forgot our orders, but thankfully the staff bought them for us. It was so heartwarming, and the staff even complimented our beautiful nails. When it's time for the sun to set, we go to the second floor's balcony to watch the sunset. That was the best thing we have ever seen. I really do recommend this Starbucks to you all, and I hope you will enjoy it. If you're there, please comment below, and I'd love to hear your experience.
