This time I came to Singapore to visit all the Hindu temples! The Mariamman Temple was closing at 6 o'clock so there were not many people there. Many Hindu believers took off their shoes, washed their feet and reverently touched the floor before entering the lobby, symbolizing the peace brought by the gods! 💰Average Consumption: Free 🏖️Atmosphere: solemn and dignified 🕰️Business hours: 6a.m.~6p.m.

The Indian temple Sri Mariamman Temple is really spectacular! Especially in the evening, the sunlight competes with the building, and the color contrast is constantly superimposed, just like the building, constantly rising up to the heaven! There will be flower strings, garlands and incense for sale next to the temple! Don't forget to take off your shoes when you go in to show respect for religious culture. The delicate carvings on the temple tower and the people praying in the quiet atmosphere naturally brought about religious meaning. In addition, the temple's unique aesthetic elements and the appearance of various gods were very impressive, and it was a great place to take pictures. It was a precious place where you can experience Indian culture and history in Singapore, and it was even more memorable when I visited with my friend. The transportation is also very convenient. It is a 5-minute walk from MRT Chinatown Station. It is a must-visit place.
