Transportation
- By bus: Take bus No. 44, 48, 51, or 114 and get off at the Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant/North of Heping Hospital stop, or take Tourist Line 3 and get off at the Squirrel Town stop. In addition, Wuhu Bus 603 also goes there, with the starting and ending stations being Squirrel Town Terminal and Central City.
- By car: Search for "Squirrel Town" in the city navigation, and you can reach it along South Yangtze River Road and Eshan Road. From other directions, you can drive along National Highway G236 and G205. The South parking lot is the closest to the town, and currently all 1,500 parking spaces are free.
Tickets:
There is no admission fee to enter Squirrel Town. If you want to experience the attractions, you will need to pay separately.
- Recommended food: There are squirrel-themed delicacies such as Shu Wei Xiang Tou, Squirrel Fishing, Lao Die's Private Kitchen, and Tie Gong Ji, as well as Korean fried chicken, Cantonese sweet soup, cold noodles, Fuyang rolls, barbecue, oysters, scallops, and other local delicacies.
- Accommodation options: There is the Squirrel Forest Hotel, as well as B&Bs represented by Xiao Jian's Home and Xiao Mei's Home, and Lan Lan's Tree House, providing a diverse and immersive living experience.
- Featured attractions: There is the 133-meter-high Squirrel Windmill Ferris wheel "Eye of the Yangtze River", as well as the Squirrel Planetarium, Squirrel Happy Street, Forest Wonderland, Ice and Snow World, Mirror Maze, and Travel Around the Squirrel World.
