Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour

The hotel was beautifully designed. The rooms provided an amazing city like view. The pool deck over the Darling Harbor and the city line was stunning. I would highly recommend future visitors to Sydney to consider this hotel. And the theme with the pastries and the breakfast was kind of cool. And being literally five seconds from the SA convention center was pretty awesome.overall this place is awesome and good for family and honeymoon

Good scenery, good place to enjoy holiday. However, service was just lacking even after repeated reminders which is frustrating.

So just finished a fantastic time at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. 🏨✨ By the waterfront, with Darling Harbour views waiting every morning – what a delight to wake up! It was a chic hideaway with price per night, about $300 felt like stealing. 💸
My stay at the hotel felt very special because of its modern French elegance. The room was a kind of chic refuge, and the detail had been excruciatingly perfect. 🛌🥂
Walking out, I found myself in the buzzing Barangaroo precinct just around the corner – a food lovers dream by waterside dining! 🍽️🌊 And an easy walk to the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium was a proper hit for some underwater wonders. 🐠🦑 #SofitelCharm #DarlingHarbourDreams

You must do this one thing at The Sofitel Darling Harbour...
It was the middle of winter, bloody freezing, and I was wearing ten layers of clothes; but when I saw the infinity pool at The Sofitel Darling Harbour, I knew I'd be getting in for a pic.
My best friend and I recently had a staycation at this hotel, and it was an experience so fabulous, we've decided we must do it at least every 6-months.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly chap in a faux fur coat and top hat. Now, if this isn't the most New York thing to happen in Sydney, I don't know what is. The whole hotel is luxurious without being intimidating, and the staff ooze charm without being obnoxious. From the pillow menu to Molton Brown bath products, no detail in your room has been left untouched. We stopped by the Champagne Bar before dinner, and they had drops almost impossible to find elsewhere in Sydney. But the key highlight for me was obviously the pool. I wanted the shot, I needed the shot - if only to smugly plaster it on socials.
The pool surprisingly had a few people in it, but I quickly realised it was heated, meaning while it wasn't a spa, it was ok temp wise. I plonked myself in and headed the the 'infinity' ledge, looking over our beautiful city, Sydney. Simply gorgeous, only slightly ruined by my best friend bellowing at me from the side of the pool to 'pose like a majestic dolphin', much to the amusement of other guests, not frolicking around like a sea creature for the sake of Instagram.
Highly recommend The Sofitel Darling Harbour and would defs book again!.
