Along the way, the greenery of the rainforest comes to you, and the mountains in the distance are shrouded in clouds and mist. When you arrive at Kuranda, the artistic shops will keep you shopping, and you can also taste authentic Australian food. 🦘 Atherton Tablelands This is a treasure trove of nature! The plateau has crystal-clear volcanic lakes, and the lakeside is dense rainforest. If you're lucky, you might see wild kangaroos bouncing around on the grass. I also went to a local farm to taste fresh dairy products and experience the purest pastoral life. Cairns is really a place that can satisfy all your fantasies about islands, rainforests, and countryside. #0yentrip I took the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway in Cairns. It was a very pleasant experience to ride quietly above the rainforest in a gondola. Along the way, you can get off at Red Peak and Barron Falls stations. At Barron Falls station, you can see Barron Falls up close from the observation deck, and its power took my breath away. You can also see it from inside the gondola, which is a spectacular sight. In the distance, you can see the ocean, and it was a very luxurious time to quietly enjoy the changing scenery. It was a great experience to enjoy the natural beauty of Cairns from the sky.

#australiatrip I've been on many gondolas while skiing in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Nonetheless, the skyrail was quite impressive. Observing the rainforest from above was wonderful. Both stops were educational, informative, and had impressive views of Barron Falls and the diversity of life in the rainforest. You're making a mistake if you take the Kuranda train up AND down.

what an AMAZING experience of enjoying afternoon tea HIGH up in the hills after a trio on the skyrail from Cairns. Great topped scones with a GREAT cuppa tea. A Quaint little town- really good service and a great T - time menu. Getting the skyrail tickets on arrival was a walk in the past- the 2 stops we took up on the way up was worth the visit. we plan to be back in Cairns next year and we will undertake this trip again.
