SKIPTON is one of the loveliest places to go around Christmas time absolutely one of the most beautiful villages you will see I couldn’t of timed this trip last year any better arrived at the hotel which was great went to the village snow covered everywhere and still snowing the local community where having there Christmas festive market and turning the tree lights on such a wonderful happy moment to share with family’s enjoying being able to socialise again after a terrible 2 years so if anyone is looking for that special little get away skipton is it look up when they are turning the tree lights on because that’s the time to go all sorts going on market stalls rides music fun and we’ll just go you will love it

The fascinating history and preservation of North Yorkshire’s Skipton castle makes it a perfect destination to visit whilst in the area. Almost a 1000 years old the castle is one of the best examples of Norman building left in the UK.
