🦕 Originally the Phu Kum Khao Dinosaur Research Center, the skeleton of the plant-eating dinosaur, Phu Wiangosaurus Sirindhornae, was found in the area that is currently an excavation pit. The most complete skeleton of a plant-eating dinosaur in Thailand was found. There were more than 7 dinosaur skeletons of various sizes, more than 700 pieces of plant-eating bones. Importantly, pieces of the skull, teeth and jaws, and skeletons that were lined up together, almost completely intact. All the skeletons are in the rock layer that is located on the shoulder of Phu Kum Khao.
🦖 It is the first dinosaur museum in the country. Inside the building, there are both models of the Siamotyrannus Isanensis dinosaur on display and information about Thailand's geology, as well as research rooms.
