(It’s Saturday night, just hire more kitchen staff for crying out loud). After discussion and waiting for a while we were told we needed to order before a big table. It was the only good move of the night from service. Sisig was okay, Satay chicken had a good sauce, but the Kinilaw was prepared with smelly fishy fish. The staff didn’t ask us for food feedback although we left that dish practically untouched. We saw many people leave when they realized no food was available at 8-9pm. Does anyone care here? This was in bucafe in siquijor. A short scooter drive for an amazing view with drinks and food available. From here you can also get to the cave, viewpoint and waterfalls all within a 1 hour drive. The shop next door sells fuel so if you’re low they can help you fill up at a reasonable price. We stayed at casa paliton nearby and moved to angel wish which is also driving distance.
