[Explore Singapore] Singapore Flyer
Singapore Flyer was officially opened in 2008, but I never really felt a need to experience it. I mean, isn’t it just a fancy way to name a Ferris Wheel? 🎡
I only got the opportunity to ride the Singapore Flyer about 13 years later, and only because I had a corporate pass.
The entire ride took about half an hour, and when you’re this high up in the air, it’s pretty long. But it gives you ample time to take all the pictures you want in all different angles of the Singapore backdrop, especially if you have the entire cabin to yourself (as pictured).
Surprisingly, we had a lot to talk about during our ride. We pointed to a landmark in the distance and shared our experience at the landmark, a la “oh look! That’s where we had our first staycation!”
So yes, it turned out to be a nice bonding session. Definitely 💯 for a date. 😉

Best Spot for Photo Singapore Flyer
"If you usually hear about gardens or parks, it sounds like a boring place, but Gardens by the Bay is different! It not just an ordinary garden. Why not just an ordinary garden? Because this garden is the coolest garden I have ever visited. Cool not only from appearance alone, but also from the concept and ideas behind it.
Even though some of the highlights of this place are paid places, there are still many that can be enjoyed for free by general visitors.
It is surely a place you cannot miss if you visit Singapore!

Exciting Experience With Singapore Flyer 🎡
I had an unforgettable adventure soaring above the Lion City's majestic skyline with my wife, we bought tickets online and only waited 15 mins to get to the flyer, it was so effective.
This massive Ferris wheel moved very slow and it offered mind-blowing 360-degree views of CBD for around 30mins. You can enjoy dinner together with your loved one as well, but me and my wife just enjoy the view and took nice photos for memories.
It was one of the unforgettable memories I had recently, the reason being is that you can see the iconic landmarks like MBS, the Merlion and Gardens by the Bay from a whole new perspective, it is thrilled to see the beautiful night view of Singapore with loved one, so that I highly recommend for couples or families!

Singapore Flyer 15th Anniversary
Good experience and first time taking the Singapore Flyer!
Singapore Flyer 15th Anniversary is ongoing and has a promotion of $15 for local residents exclusive from 17 April to 31 May 2023, weekdays only excluding public holidays, do refer to the website for more details.
Managed to grab the ticket at $15 and had a fun experience in the time capsule exhibition and the Singapore Flyer. Nice views.
Singapore Flyer: High-altitude romance of happiness Ferris wheel.
I don't know if the Singapore Flyer is the largest Ferris wheel in the world, but compared to the 160-meter Nanchang Star and the 130-meter London Eye that I have been to, Singapore is still taller, even several heads higher. There are a total of 28 cabins, designed by Ove Arup and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, with cylindrical horizontal cabins that can accommodate more than 20 people, 360-degree glass, and a panoramic view of Singapore's waterfront scenery. It takes about 30 minutes to make a full circle, and it's great for taking photos, sightseeing, and experiencing.

Opening hours:

High-altitude highlights: The famous Marina Bay Sands Hotel, "Durian", and Gardens by the Bay can all be seen from the Ferris wheel.
Aerial view of Marina Bay Singapore
is nice to look out the clear window of Singapore Flyer, with 360 degree view of southern part of Singapore - from Marina Barrage to Gardens by the Bay, from Marina Bay Sands to Esplanade. From Nicoll Highway to National Stadium. Bring along a binoculars will be nice. Would prefer that in the Flyer capsule, there is some upgrade done to provide an audio guide/information of what view/famous building we can expect when we look at a certain direction. This 30 minutes ride was quick.
Best views from Giant Flyer
Must visit place in Singapore. This flyer is clean and well maintained. Situated near marina bay sands and Garden by the bay. The view in the flyer is just amazing. And also it’s always great to see Marina Bay circuit as a formula 1 fan. Night view is just awesome. You must visit Singapore flyer if you want to witness dream view. #beachlife #2023travelwish #mytripvlog#tripblazers
View of Singapore from ariel
Being on Singapore Flyer, the most highest observatory wheel in Asia enable us to see the entire of Singapore.
At the apex of the observatory, we can see up to 46km througout Bintan and Bertam Islands of Indonesia and Johor Bahru of Malaysia.
To be on the deck we should first visit time capsule of Singapore at Ground floor and First Floor before proceed to entrance of the deck.
Be in this Singapore Flyer was really new experience to me since im suffering of Agoraphobia, a fear of height.

If you are a fan of Disney Micky mouse characters then you should not miss out taking a picture with him at the Singapore Flyer. At the same time, hop onto the Singapore Flyer to enjoy a beautiful night view of Singapore marina promenade. You would definitely be amazed by the beautiful night scene in Singapore.
My 2023 travel wish is to fly to Bangkok. I would love to try their Ferris wheel too, located at the Asiatique night market. The place is a combo of our Singapore Clarke quay and Singapore Flyer. It would be an enjoyable experience to have a bird's eye view of Bangkok area.

Fly High with Flyer 360+🎡🏙️
We had our amazing night with Singapore Flyer as we witnessed the stunning skyline of Singapore. This observation wheel is 165 meters above the ground and it is the Asia’s largest and tallest observation wheel. With 30 minutes inside their air conditioned capsule, you will surely enjoy the great 360 views of the city. The capsule is very spacious, can fit your group of friends or even a family outing! Kids will definitely enjoy too as they can run and play inside. 😉
We preferred night time as we want to witness the night lights of beautiful skyscrapers of Singapore and it didn’t disappoint us. It was so amazing. 🥰🏙️
Overall, it is definitely worth to try this activity. Recommended for couples also like us, for a romantic date night.

Amazing Singapore Flyer to enjoy the city view on top of the sky ❤️❤️❤️ Lovely moment ever to enjoy the flyer ❤️❤️❤️ Since the flyer is located just beside at Marina Bay Sand and downtown, can enjoy the view thoroughly from the top ❤️❤️❤️ Romantic evening in the flyer ❤️❤️❤️
Singapore Flyer
In May 2007, the Singapore Flyer unveiled its mock capsule amidst much fanfare and anticipation. In February 2008, it held its corporate inaugural flights, building the hype surrounding what was to be Asia’s largest observation wheel.
With a soft launch in March 2008, the Singapore Flyer’s doors were opened to the guests amid overwhelming response, before its official opening on 15 April 2008.
I love a city with a flyer! So worth the visit as Singapore has one of the most unique and interesting skylines in the world, the buildings are truly amazing! Also great to see the Marina Bay Circuit all lit up at night!

30mins - Enjoy your own Singapore
Singapore Flyer is one of my favorite tourist attractions at SG. You can use 30 mins to enjoy the best view of Marina Bay especially in a sunshine day with blue sky. Just S$34 for the all Flyer journey. In the 30mins, you can enjoy the view of Sands hotel and lots of Landmark of Singapore.
More significantly, they also provide a dinner in the cabin of SG Flyer. But too expensive for our normal person.
The Singapore Flyer is a unforgettable memories in my mind. At 2013, when I first arrive at singapore I was really attracted by the view on the Flyer…. And as a young guy, it was also a dream for the future….

Singapore Flyer is Asia’s largest observation wheel and a great chance to admire Singapore’s skyline. The best time to go will be during evening where you get to enjoy the stunning sunset and also the city lights once the sky darkens.
Highly recommend taking the premium beverage experience as you will get priority boarding instead of having to wait in the long queue and also get to have a cabin all to yourself. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride, taking in the lovely views while sipping on the champagne.

Singapore Flyer
This giant flyer, the Singapore flyer, has been turning since April 2008. With 28 air-conditioned capsules, it takes around 1 hour for the journey.
Located in downtown Marina Bay, Singapore Flyer is first Asia's largest giant observation wheel. Experience a breathtaking view of beautiful Singapore from 165 meters above ground level.
This giant wheel will turn slowly; you will not feel the movement; therefore, it is suitable for all ages. You will see the panoramic of Marina Bay, Garden by The Bay, and the Suntec City area. The best is to experience it in daylight and at night.
Address: 30 Raffles Avenue, Singapore 039803.

Singapore Flyer & Time Capsule
Getting There - Via MRT (Promenade Station)
Attractions - Singapore Flyer, Time Capsule, Esplanade, Suntec Convention Centre
Nearby Hotels - ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay,
Food & Restaurants - Chinese Restaurant,
Shopping - Singapore Flyer Retail Shops
The experience was very good whereby me and my friend get to have the full capsule to ourself and we get to see the whole night city view. However, it was raining on that day and there was mist over the glass hence couldn’t see much however the vibes were there and I feel very happy to be there. The time capsule was very good as well as I get to know better about Singapore’s history and manage to know more about my roots.

The Singapore Flyer
The Singapore Flyer must be included in the TO-DO list of activities to try during your visit in Singapore. It is basically an observation wheel at the Downtown Core district of the city. Officially opened in 2008, it has 28 air-conditioned capsules, each able to accommodate 28 passengers.
This is a great opportunity to see all the city with the best view "literally above everything". Use this chance to get rid of your fears to height as well. The place and the location are very scenic for those who love photography. One advantage is that this place closest very late. It is open to the public until 10:00 PM.
