It was my first time to bring my family here. The scenery was very nice and there was a very relaxing feeling. The food and coffee were very unique, especially the toast, which tasted very good. I highly recommend it. My family also enjoyed this activity very much. As for transportation, I recommend taking public transportation, as it will not delay the trip due to parking problems.

The view from this branch of Simple kaffa is extraordinary. It comes with a price tag of 500 Taiwanese dollars per Person. That works out to be about 15-16 usd per Person. The menu remains the same but things are a bit more pricier at this branch. There is registration required at the lobby downstairs. When we visited the wait on the first floor was around 20 minute. At the price even if tour coffee is good, it affects the overall experience. The ice cream too was way over priced, but the view makes up for it. The area where you pick up your takeouts is a little small for photos and have to wait until other people take their photos. And photos are amongst the biggest reasons for a visit here. On my first day in Taiwan, I saw this cafe and wanted to go in for a cup of coffee, but the restaurant's business hours are: 10:00 to 5:00. So I planned to go to the cafe again at 10:00 tomorrow morning. I arrived at around 10:30 and the restaurant was full. I had to wait for ten minutes before I got a seat. The staff will arrange your seat and give you a small card. Go to the cashier to buy your food. The meal takes about 90 minutes. Xingbo Coffee Shop has many different types of hand-brewed coffee, but fewer types of fresh milk coffee. There are also many types of food. We ordered a cup of hand-brewed coffee, Latta, and matcha cake, all of which were delicious. This coffee shop is just near my hotel, at Exit 1 of Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, about a 5-minute walk away. If you like coffee, you can come and have a taste! #relax #coffeeshop

If you want to come here to enjoy a cup of coffee, remember to go out early, especially on holidays. Next to it is 1914 Huashan Cultural and Creative Park, which is definitely a good place to go on holidays. The milk coffee here has won the world championship, and the cakes are also excellent. Ordered a hand-brewed cup and several desserts to slowly taste ~ Selected light roasted coffee, the taste is very pure, the fragrance of indoor wood intertwined with the aroma of coffee, so that people can calm down. The desserts also look exquisite. The dining time is limited to 1.5 hours, if it could be longer

This cafe sourced the best coffer beans across the world and one of their masterpiece is their award winning Alishan Geisha Signature harvest, which uses the best of the best beans at their farmland. The coffee has a very strong notes of tangerines, cherries and jasmine and the floral taste is splendid. We managed to get a seat by the window and we managed to get an unblocked view of Taipei city. Their Uji Matcha Swissroll is also very nice with a strong aroma of green tea. Do note that you need to book ahead for your visit and there is a minimum spend of NT1000 for a group of 2, pro-rated with the increase of headcount. In 2024, I wish to continue trying various single origin coffee around the world.
