Siloso Beach Resort is a unique eco-resort that's great for a family or couple staycation in Singapore. The Resort was founded in 2006 and is the only eco resort residing on the beautiful island of Sentosa. Nestled within its lush foliage surrounding and overlooking the breath-taking South China Sea, Siloso Beach Resort hosts a wide range of accommodations including sea-facing rooms, family rooms, roof garden suites and uniquely-designed villas. The pool is still as lovely as I remembered it. It's huge and has a very resort feel with the surrounding trees. Siloso Beach Resort is located before the Siloso Beach front, so the resort is just a very short walk from the beach. It's also great that the resort is only about a five-minute walk from the Sentosa Express's Beach Station. #resortstyle Before the pandemic, I never thought that I could get such a good bargain for a resort stay at Sentosa. It was usually quite pricey. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The whole resort is surrounded by trees, and the rooms were built in the middle of the rain forest. There are palm trees along the swimming pool, and a slide for kids to play. In the morning, we took the lift to the rooftop, from here, we could see the beautiful sea view. It was so cozy and relaxing to sit here admiring nature. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are free tram rides outside the resort, which provide free transit to the nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. #singapore #sentosa

We went to Siloso beach for our recce. We got to know this awesome cafe called Barista Art Coffee. I’m a sucker for ice cream and I tried their ice cream in coffee flavour. it’s $8 for a cone of ice cream. The coffee taste is subtle and the texture of the is super smooth that it’ll just melt in the mouth. The staffs are friendly! Got the room at good price, perhaps cheapest at sentosa 😂 Location is great also , free beach shuttles station infrony of hotel, surrounded with restaurants and lots attraction just by walking distance. went for Wings of time and luge , cable car, beach , musical shores ...etc all by walking . if you choose not to walk can take free beach shuttle also. the hotel swimming pool with slide is great for kids too (adult were also 😂 ) Downside about hotel : lots ants on my bed , table and floor, but luckily never get bitten....bedsheet stains and toilet abit small. Overall happy with our stay in this hotel. thank you.

Highlights: The rooms were built in the middle of the rain forest, but still well maintained and clean. It is quite an old hotel, but considering the price, it is still value for money. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The natural spring pool and jacuzzi are great to unwind in and the lush greenery around makes it ever more tranquil. There are palm trees along the pool and very relaxing to swim in the pool. Breakfast is decent, simple but delicious. Drawbacks: A bit old and run down in certain areas. These photos are how the Siloso Beach Resort looks like, as a local we all know the resort used to be a chalet, so it was okay. However just incase, I took some photos to show you the vibe of the area. It is a little dated, but I still like it as it still allows me to pretend I am overseas. And there are many trees and many different write ups or sculptures around.

I even managed to see some villa, though I do not know if they are still in use. There is also a carpark area for resort guests. For those that are coming in via the beach. The tram stop is right outside the resort, however it is walking distance from beach station.

We saw monitor lizard while we are at the pool, so people with children may want to take note. They are usually harmless and native to Sentosa. #mustvisit

Other than the roof top garden in Siloso Beach Resort, the roof top is the best place in the hotel to actually get an aerial view of the Siloso beach as well as the hotel’s pool which is a long lazy river that makes use of spring water 

We were there early and while waiting for a room, the sheltered roof is a good place to hide from the sun and enjoy the cool breeze. There are also sundecks for you to laze on.

As the resort’s pool was really huge, by coming to the roof, we are able to see the entire pool view which makes it special and remember to visit the rooftop garden while you are here. The gardeners took a lot of effort under the sun to maintain it. #mustvisit

What amazed me more than the pool in Siloso Beach Resort was the free rooftop garden in the resort. Though to be exact it is call a nursery. I even saw two gardeners resting after maintaining the garden. 

There are all sorts of plants and flowers in the garden that are properly labeled and on the roof it self, there was decks and a observatory area for visitors to watch the sea. And even flower arcs.

While I enjoy seeing the flowers, it was too hot to appreciate them when I went there mid day. I really salute the gardeners for keeping the plants healthy.

I just had a stay at Siloso Beach Resort located in Sentosa’s Siloso Beach. The hotels in Sentosa are really expensive and SBR was the only one I could afford. I booked the superior room which is the base room and located on the lower floors. Even though I can’t see the pool from my room as it was a wall outside the room door I was still quite happy with the views from the windows. We were able to see a little cafe and all the beach goers having their fun day activities. I came prepared this was more like a chalet than a hotel so that helps. Note that the toilet of the room is really tiny and you would need to make way to move from the sink to the showering area. However I’m not complaining because I got the room at a good price otherwise I will never be able to afford a stay in Sentosa. The pool of the hotel is gorgeous too, I’ll be taking about the pool and the resort’s facilities in my other posts. #muststay

We checked in into the superior room of Siloso beach resort where we get the view of the beach right in front of us and the tram station of Sentosa stops just below our room, so talk about convenience. Right outside our room, there is a fish pond that stretches from one end of the corridor to the other, like a big play areas for the fishes inside. In the room, it felt pleasant with a big spacious room where walking around is easy, there is also a working desk to work on and an old school digital Television that still seem to work, the room itself feels dated, but it was quite a decent stay while I was there.

Did you know that there is a secret garden that is hidden in Siloso beach resort? Tucked away on the corner of the roof level of the beach resort, there is a hittle garden where plants thrive and grow thanks to the staff of the resort who maintains these plants and make the resort more colourful. It really surprised me that there was this garden because the whole resort seem have already surrounded itself with the lush greenery. Sustainability is one of their key values for the resort operation, The rooftop garden was also awarded the title of the longest rooftop garden in Singapore which definitely made it all the more impressive.

Wouldn't you want the whole view that is worth a million dollars all to yourself? The Roof terrace of Siloso beach resort offers you just that, located on level R or 9 of the resort is this amazing view of Siloso beach where you can look out to see that line where the sky meets the sea. This is definitely an amazing spot to take a timelapse of the Sunset on Sentosa island since the sunset towards the end of Siloso beach. On thé other side of the video, you can take a look at the massive pool of the resort itself which is also a great view to say the least. The area is also filled with beach chairs for you to chill and take a rest and escape from the scorching heat of Singapore.

This has to be the most massive pool that I have ever stepped into. The Siloso beach resort has a giant swim area which makes me feel like it will take days to swim to the other side of it. The pool stands at 1.2m with also boast two fast flowing slides which makes it so much fun even for myself as an adult. There is also a hot jacuzzi tub where it combines the health benefit of soaking yourself in a hot bath while getting the masssage from the gushing water pumping out from the sides. The pool is already so amazing with so much features already, it also had a 3 storey drop of a waterfall which you get to stand just below of, it is like something out of this country.

The lobby of the Siloso beach resort is very unique as a first glance, you would find that the resort itself is rather run down and but once you have settled down and taken a closer look at the hotel, you will find the beauty behind the hotel itself. The lush greenery of the hotel makes you feel like you might have teleported yourself to a serene island like Bali and maybe experience the calmness coming from the beach. you might also encounter unique animals such as a toucan, monitor lizard and squirrels along your day. Do expect the check in time to be delayed during weekends and public holidays to up to 5pm as their staff would not be able to provide your room in time from the housekeeping.

#staycation Siloso Beach Resort room Address: 51 Imbiah Walk, 099538 I had a great rate and booked myself a room at Siloso Beach Resort. I chose this place because of its location. This resort has free parking and it is based on first come first serve. The reception and car park are on the same level, at level 8. The direct access to Siloso Beach will be at level 1. Take note that this beach entrance will close at 11pm. There is also a beach shuttle bus stop right outside this beach entrance. So you can go to the other parts of the beach or towards the beach station. From level 8, you can look down the waterfall and have a bird’s eye view of the landscape swimming pool. My superior room was on level 2 and it had a spring water pond full of koi too. The room was functional and had all the basic appliances, kettle, hair dryer, safety box, tv and working aircon. The tv screen size was a bit small but still alright. They also had a table and chair too. The windows can be open too. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. It was a great beach-cation.

Have staycation at Siloso Beach Resort, the hotel emphasize ecosystem where you can see a lot of tree surrounding the rooms, and there is a garden at the rooftop, love the quietness and definitely is a perfect gateway from the city, bring your kid over there and they will sure love the slides and have fun in the pools. Facilities could use some maintenances but i believe they are recovering after COVID
