I never intended to visit the south of the Yangtze River, but somehow it has captured my heart. You should always visit Xitang Ancient Town with your beloved! Escape the hustle and bustle of the city, stroll through the old streets and alleys, observe the grey tiles and green bricks, the small bridges over flowing water, and experience life in its original form! 🚄 Convenient transportation: Train: Accessible via Jiaxing or Jiashan station, both with direct bus service to Xitang. Plane: Shanghai Pudong, Hangzhou Xiaoshan, and Shanghai Hongqiao airports are all within 2 hours' reach. Bus: There are shuttle buses from Shanghai and Hangzhou tourist distribution centers.
