Shibuya is a busy city in Japan. Even though it might seem really crowded (and to be honest it is), the experience is absolutely worth it. There's a hotel that's only a 10-minute walk away from the Shibuya Train Station. It's called Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu, which is where I stayed during my trip. The hotel is very clean, the food is amazing, and the view (see the photos please) is incredible. If you want to see a wonderful view somewhere in the busy parts of Japan (aka Tokyo, because it's the capital), don't bother going to the Skytree (the tallest tower in Japan :o). Save some money and go to the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu instead ; the view is just as awesome. 10 more minutes away from the hotel is the Tokyu Plaza, where a famous cafe is. And why is it famous, you ask? It's because it's (almost) entirely run by robots! The (human) waiters will bring a humanoid robot to your table. It can chat with you in 3 languages : Japanese, English and Chinese. It can even dance to a lot of songs that you can choose from, although they're all in Japanese. The robots can detect where you are, and sometimes the robots at the tables next to me look at me (creepily). I tried reserving their hotel room but it was full but managed to visit the cafe. We ordered the nanami pizza, latte with Gojo art and a main course that had Yuji itadori Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara on it. Each jujutsu kaisen item will get a free character coaster. The location is above JR Shibuya Station, in the center of Shibuya city, very convenient. As the hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, it is not easy to find and Uber cannot click on the pick-up location. The hotel service is rather passive. I was pushing 6 pieces of luggage, but there was no one to greet me at the door. I had to push the luggage cart to the lobby to check in. After checking in, the hotel staff did not take the initiative to help push the luggage upstairs. There is room for improvement in this service. The room is clean and spacious, with all basic amenities provided, including toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, slippers, etc. There are vending machines on the hotel floor, which is relatively convenient. Because my room is not on another level, there is no washing machine provided. It would be ideal if it could be installed. The hotel provides a semi-buffet service in the morning, where you can experience the hotel's catering service.
