[2025 Zhuhai Stay] Travel Guide for Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel (Updated Feb)

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and close to famous attractions such as Lovers' Road. The surrounding area is well-equipped, making it a great choice for both family trips and romantic getaways. In terms of check-in experience, I didn't contact the hotel in advance, and the front desk staff was not very experienced, so check-in took a long time. After seeing my membership tier, the staff asked a colleague if Titanium members could upgrade their room. The colleague said yes, but the suites were fully booked on Saturday, so we were upgraded to a mid-floor sea view room (which was next to the elevator, but the soundproofing was good). We were then told that our booking only included one breakfast, and asked if we wanted to choose one of three options to add another breakfast (haha, I hope the hotel strengthens staff training, as other guests might get angry). The hotel's sea view is amazing. At night, the lights of Macau and the sound of the waves create a beautiful picture. The room facilities are well-maintained, and have been kept in good condition since the hotel opened in 2017. The room is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in closet, but the standard room does not have a smart toilet or a capsule coffee machine. The hotel's dining service is also excellent. Breakfast is particularly rich, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, making you feel at home. There aren't many varieties of food available, and the taste is average, meeting the basic needs of an executive lounge. The fitness space is not very large but is fully equipped with machines. It's quite motivating to work out in the morning while looking at the Macau sea view. The swimming pool has both indoor and outdoor areas. I particularly like the outdoor pool space, which has a true vacation vibe. Dining: The Huafa Sheraton has 5 restaurants, offering Cantonese cuisine, Japanese food, tea restaurants, and buffets. I tried the buffet breakfast, which was quite rich and tasted okay, but embarrassingly, since it was a holiday, there were so many people that I had to queue up and take a number for the first time. I like to stay on the balcony from afternoon until evening, enjoying the sea breeze. When the lights start to come on and it begins to drizzle, I don't have to think about work and the trivial matters of life. All the worries are left behind.

Zhuhai is a popping next generation town, located next to Macau. All their complexes are new, included their hotel. The Sheraton hotel, facing Macau, is bran new. You will fine all the 5 stars hotel features but with the latest design, technology and modernity. The room we rent was spacious for a couple without kids. Even with kids it would have been nice. Since breakfast was not provided at the Club Lounge upstairs, everyone went downstairs, and it was very crowded, especially on holidays. It was not easy to find a seat by the window. First of all, the Chinese-style pavilions and towers you see after entering the main entrance are the hotel's lobby bar, Ming Pavilion, which outshines many of the cookie-cutter Sheraton lobbies. In addition, the sea view rooms at Huafa Sheraton, like those at the neighboring St. Regis, offer views of both Macau and Hengqin. The advantage of the standalone low-rise buildings is that they have small sea-view balconies, where you can feel the comfortable sea breeze as soon as you open the balcony door.
