Another high-star hotel has opened!! It's bound to be Xiamen's next trendy photo spot! For this bay view! I could visit Xiamen again and again! I didn't realize the Sheraton Xiamen Jimei Hotel had just opened until I checked in! I'm so lucky!! Although it's new, there's no smell of fresh paint, and the materials used are all top-notch. The Malaysian owners are very particular! Compared to other Sheraton hotels, the Sheraton Xiamen Jimei incorporates many elements of Southeast Asia and the ocean, blended with local Minnan characteristics. I was immediately captivated by the artistic atmosphere!! The hotel also features large, open spaces designed to facilitate relaxed and enjoyable interactions. With an open reception area, communal tables, and sky gardens, you might just find like-minded people here, making your trip more than just business and obligations. The flowing water features, lush greenery, uniquely designed staircases and passageways, and Southeast Asian-inspired decor make it a sure-fire hit for photos and social media. The high-floor suites offer panoramic views of the bay. For a moment, I felt like I was in Malaysia. The abundance of natural light was my first impression of the room. Besides the comfortable bed and bedside chairs, the bathtub by the floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely stunning! The hotel also has several hidden spaces, secret spots waiting to be discovered. Exploration is part of the fun of staying here. Of course, Southeast Asian cuisine is a must. Chefs from Malaysia have brought a variety of specialties, including Rendang beef, chicken curry, and various seafood dishes. You can enjoy authentic Southeast Asian flavors without leaving the country, and the selection is extensive. The hotel is located right next to the trendy and youthful ioi Mall, close to the subway station, providing easy access to various scenic spots in Xiamen.
