First, this is an amazing five star hotel with excellent rates with or without breakfast. The experience starts during the check in, friendly staff will do the paperwork and try their best to accomplish as soon as possible . Second, the hotel facilities surprised me because I did not expect sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. I haven’t seen pictures of those facilities in the Trip website . The facilities are comfy and like a really fun spa. Indoor swimming pool is super clean and although is small, it is heated and really nice to enjoy while the temperature outside is 3°C. Finally breakfast is tasty and delicious with mix of Chinese, Sichuan and western food . If you are looking for something luxury and reasonable price, that is the opa e to go. #staycation

Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chengdu Financial City. It's surrounded by towering buildings and has a modern vibe. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Tianfu International Finance Center, which is very convenient for business meetings or errands. It's also close to the subway station, so you can easily get to any part of the city in about ten minutes. Whether you want to go to Kuanzhai Alley or Jinli Ancient Street, it's a breeze. Plus, the hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation options. If you're driving, it's less than an hour to Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, which is so convenient for business travelers like me. The environment is also very comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by lush trees and beautiful garden views, making you feel relaxed. The rooftop bar is my favorite spot. You can have a drink here at night and enjoy the bustling city night view. It's especially pleasant. What surprised me the most was that the room also had a capsule coffee machine, so I could make myself a cup of rich coffee every morning to start my day off right. Speaking of restaurants, the hotel's restaurants are my absolute favorite. The hotel's breakfast buffet is super extensive, with all kinds of Chinese pastries, Western breads, fresh fruit, and freshly made omelets and bacon. You can eat your fill every morning. I especially like their freshly ground coffee. It has a rich flavor, and a cup every morning makes me feel energized all day long. The hotel also has a Western restaurant. I had a steak set meal there one night. The steak was cooked just right, and it was a perfect match with the rich black pepper sauce! Plus, the restaurant's service is very attentive. The staff will proactively refill your water and change your plates, making you feel very comfortable. Every staff member is super enthusiastic. From the moment you walk in, you feel very welcome. I remember when I first arrived at the hotel, the young man at the front desk helped me with my luggage and took it all the way to my room. One time, I came back late at night, and the young woman at the front desk proactively asked me if I needed help calling a car. It really touched me. On the road, heading west to western Sichuan, transferring in Chengdu, I chose to stay at the Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel! The hotel's location is really good. It is located in the center of Chengdu, next to the former Provincial Stadium, and a stone's throw away from Tianfu Square. It is also about 200m from Luomashi Station on Line 1, so transportation is very convenient. As a Marriott Titanium member, I was upgraded to an "Executive King Room." I don't know what their hotel's definition of an executive room is, but even a bathtub was not equipped in the room. The decoration should have been renovated. It's an old hotel with a relatively low floor height! The executive lounge is on the 35th floor. You can swipe your room card to enter. Happy hour is okay, enough to make do with a meal. Overall, it's just average. Platinum or higher Marriott members, don't have too many expectations! But the young man at the concierge is very good and very enthusiastic, thumbs up!!

One night when I returned late, the hotel had thoughtfully left a light on for me, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Other tips💡 If you have a chance to visit Chengdu, you must try this hotel! Just be sure to book in advance as it's really popular. Also, there are many delicious restaurants around the hotel that you should definitely try - they'll absolutely delight your taste buds. All in all, this stay was particularly memorable, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu!

📌Location It's a 1-minute walk from the Luomashi subway station, which is very convenient. It's located slightly above Tianfu Square. If you're visiting the old city, it's easy to get anywhere. 📌Service/Facilities Staff will open the car door for you and help with your luggage, but only to the check-in area (I initially thought they would take it to the room). The staff are generally friendly. There's an executive lounge and a gym. Everything is new because the hotel has been renovated. The rooms are a bit small, maybe just slightly bigger than the Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Anren (really, just slightly). The electric toilet is a plus. 📌Dining The executive lounge offers a happy hour in the evening. I highly recommend the cold pig ears. They're sliced very thinly and the sauce is very flavorful, with a spicy kick. I haven't tried the hotel breakfast (I couldn't get up). The lounge usually has fruit and cake available. It generally meets Sheraton brand standards. 📌Price The price usually fluctuates between CNY 500 and 600. Except for the top three hotels, the price is relatively affordable.

The hygiene and service were good, but the soundproofing was a bit poor. The location and convenient transportation make it a good value. The front desk helped arrange a newly renovated room on a high floor. I booked one twin room and one double room. The rooms are not very big, but the new renovations make them look very modern, and the facilities are up to date. The service here is excellent. Check-in was very fast, and the staff always considered the guests. They even gave us two panda dolls as gifts. At breakfast, the staff led us to our seats and asked about our drink preferences. When we needed something in the room, they responded quickly. When we went out for dinner in the evening and didn't know what to eat, we asked the front desk for restaurant recommendations.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in the Chengdu city center and it was a lovely experience! Very affordable, close to all the famous areas like Jingli Street and Kuai Zhai Alley, Sheraton made our stay so relaxing and easygoing. The customer service here is wonderful as well, we didn’t realize we didn’t get the breakfast combinations with our rooms but as we were waiting to find out if we did, the staff gave us free breakfast while waiting! Very happy we chose to stay here and looking forward to staying here in the future!
