Stopped in Sheffield for a day on the way to Edinburgh Not sure if it was the weather or Reading Week The city center was very quiet ❤️ Spent the day wandering around the city 🚶‍♀️The Millennium Gallery ⏰: Tue–Sat 10am–5pm; Sun & public holidays 11am–4pm 🎫: Free Highly recommended for art lovers ⏬ 🚶‍♀️Sheffield Winter Garden ⏰: Mon–Sat 8am–8pm; Sun 8am–6pm 🎫: Free The largest greenhouse in the UK, with lots of greenery, a great place to relax ⏬ 🚶‍♀️Sheffield Cathedral ⏰: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 9:30am–4pm, Sun 7:30am–5pm 🎫: Free Lucky enough to see the dreamy paper crane exhibition, like a fairyland ⏬ 🚶‍♀️University of Sheffield As a graduate, it felt like being back at the University of Melbourne ⏬ 🚶‍♀️Peace Garden An open-air park that used to be a church courtyard 🏨Accommodation: Novotel Sheffield Centre 🌟5 minutes' walk from the train station 🌟Supermarket downstairs, very convenient 🌟City center attractions within walking distance 🥩: Jimmy's Kitchen Turkish Kebab, Pic 9⃣️ Tastes great, no disappointments Hope to have time to visit Darcy Manor next time I'm in Sheffield
