Staying at the Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel's Zui Yue Lou was like being in paradise! 😍 The hotel is really worth it, highly recommended to everyone! I stayed on the 38th floor, the view was superb, I could see the entire beauty of Tainan, it was such a treat! 🏙️ And their roast duck is so delicious, every bite is filled with happiness, I just couldn't stop eating! 🦆 The whole hotel environment is also very comfortable, making one feel very relaxed and content. The service is top-notch, every staff member is very enthusiastic and attentive, giving me the warmth of home. 🏨 In summary, my trip to Tainan was very satisfying, and Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel played a big role in that! There are two Shangri-La hotels in Taiwan, one in Taipei and the other in Tainan. I had the opportunity to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Tainan because I visited the special exhibition at the Chi Mei Museum. We specially booked the Deluxe Club plan, which not only allows us to stay in a larger room, but also allows us to enjoy drinks and afternoon tea in the VIP lounge, and we can even have breakfast in the VIP lounge independently (however, the Far East Café downstairs has more food than the VIP lounge, so if you are not full upstairs, you can go downstairs to eat). The hotel facilities include a sauna, gym and swimming pool, all located on the seventh floor of the hotel. You need to register at the counter to receive keys and towels. The swimming pool is more suitable for soaking in the water to cool down, and is not suitable for general swimming. Being in Tainan, the food capital, breakfast has become a battleground for hotels. How can you enjoy local flavors in your hotel without leaving home early in the morning? These local dishes are nothing more than beef soup, milkfish soup, and dan zai noodles (the Hotel Cozzi I stayed at on a business trip two years ago also provided these. We have travelled to Taiwan for business trip. Stayed for 2 nights in Shangri-la Far Eastern Tainan. Staffs are very approachable and friendly, when we requested for an earlier check in. Room is very clean, neat and tidy. It was very comfortable. Also, we have dine in at Shanghai Pavilion restaurant. They have amazing night views, and food was delicious. Well recommended for business trip stay or for leisure.

Far Eastern Shangri-La Hotel, Tainan is located opposite the rear station of Tainan Railway Station. It is very convenient to cross the road. If you drive, you can also park in the basement parking lot shared with Tainan Far Eastern Department Store.
