I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars. This place has lots of potential. It’s huge. But that’s about it. Lack of visible signages. Can do with a clock in the ski area. And it’s strange that we have to take a lift up to 2/F to go to turn gondola after finishing a run. Also weird that with the full day pass, we can’t exit and re-enter the establishment. Other minor points.: Very intrusive that the staff has to hold a camera to your face each time you access the services. Some staff members are nice and welcoming. But others can do much better in the customer service aspect, ie. rude. The ski area makes fresh snow continuously, but it’s only concentrated in a couple of spots. Other areas suffer from hard and compact snow. Why, one wonders, that the bottom of the run has a pile of fresh snow which is shoveled by the staff members, thereby making it so difficult to walk on. The business can also afford to stay open till later for the public, which is 8 pm. And why, oh why, isn’t there a shuttle bus from the Metro station?? You can also do with having a lift ticket price for someone who brings their own snow wear and equipment. Lastly, is the business suffering from an identity crisis? Is it Yaoxue, L*Snow, L+Snow, or whatever?

The venue is a bit far from the city center, but they have staff on hand to guide you through parking, which makes it more manageable. Just a heads-up that you may need to walk a short distance from the parking lot to the entrance. ⛷️Time Inside and Tips for Staying Warm: We bought a 4-hour ticket, but realistically, around 3 hours is enough if you consider the time spent on changing clothes and getting ready. Inside, it’s quite cold – they’ve recreated a winter wonderland, after all! I recommend wearing a solid base layer of quick-dry thermal clothing. While they provide snow gear like jackets and boots, personal items like hats, scarves, and gloves are a must for extra warmth. I found that after 2 hours, it was already chilly enough that I needed a warm break. 💡Activities and Highlights: L+ Snow offers a range of snow activities, from sledding to mini slopes where beginners can try out skiing. It’s a fantastic way to let kids (and adults!) experience the joys of snow without having to travel up north. My personal favorite was the snow play area, which was perfect for some fun photos and letting loose.
