🇭🇰 Share a plan to travel to Hong Kong for 5 days and 4 nights.
In May, we traveled to Hong Kong with our gang of friends, so I'd like to share our full travel plan with you all. In case anyone goes to Hong Kong and is too lazy to think of a plan, lol. Just save ours and travel with us. We went for 5 days and 4 nights, walking a lot 🤣. The most crowded part was that it rained for 3 days 🥲 Let me tell you in advance that there were 12 of us, 10 adults and 2 children. There are MTR prices for both prices. *The underlined colors at the stations are the colors of the train routes.* Day 1 We traveled with Thai Airways. We chose the morning flight because we would arrive in Hong Kong at around noon (the timing was perfect). To get to Hong Kong, Our gang passed through immigration easily without being asked a single question. LOL. After passing through immigration, we went to receive a Hong Kong Goodies Voucher at the tourist service point for $100 (I recommend registering from Thailand first). Then we rented Octopus cards. It costs $200 for adults and $100 for children. Each person has a $50 deposit, but you can get it back on the return flight. As for adding money to the card, it's easy; you can do it at 7/11 or at any MTR station. It's very convenient. Then we traveled into the city. There were a lot of people in our gang, so we chose to take bus A21 into the city instead. We stayed around Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui. And since there were a lot of us, there were a lot of problems. LOL. We slept separately at 3 hotels, but they were in the same area. We didn't walk far apart and we successfully traveled according to the plan for the first day even though it rained when we arrived. 555 🤣🥹Day 2 Today, the rain was heavier than every other day. I checked the weather forecast and it was 100% rain in every area. It was so refreshing. 🥲🥹 But because we had already planned that on the second day, we would go to pray. Yes, our gang fought and went even though it was raining. 555' (Note: But there will be 2 of our friends and 2 children who couldn't go. The rain was afraid that the children would get sick, so we let them walk and wait.) As for today, it's according to our plan. But we will cancel going to the 3rd temple, Chi Lin Nunnery Temple. Because at first, we planned to walk and take pictures at the park. But the rain came so hard that we had to cancel the 3rd temple. But in the evening, the plan to go for a walk in Mong Kok has been canceled. We really couldn't handle the rain. So we went to eat burgers at K11 mall instead and had a beer at Temple Night Market near our accommodation 555☺️ The mission of the first 2 days is considered complete even though it rained heavily.
Day 3 Today, the sky was on my side for my friends and I because it was the day we were going to Disneyland. It was a beautiful day with no rain at all. I loved it so much and felt so good because we got 1-get-1 free tickets for HK Disneyland. How could I be so lucky? 55' Today, there was nothing much. I woke up early, met up with my friends to eat and headed to the theme park without delay. 😋✨Recommendations for those who are going to HK Disneyland:- If you want to take a picture with the entrance gate, take it from the entrance because we will be there all day until the fireworks.- You can bring 1 bottle of water or a water bottle per person.- You can bring easy-to-eat food if you don't want to buy food inside (because the food is quite expensive).- If you are a Disney fan, don't miss buying props on your head 555.- Download the Disney app to check the map and queue for each ride.- Don't miss the evening palette. (But there was none on the day we went, waaaaa) - Don't miss the fireworks show. It was so beautiful that it touched our hearts. - We went back before the fireworks show finished because otherwise, people would have gradually gone back like zombies. I'm warning you with good intentions, lol. Day 4: Today is another day without rain. It's just cloudy, but it's something that makes us very, very happy, lol. Today, my gang and I will cross over to walk around and hang out at the Central side. Everything is according to plan. For those who are into shopping, come to the Central side. There are a lot of shops to choose from. Zara and Cos are the best. Go and shop until your heart's content. There are also a lot of places to take pictures. You shouldn't miss it. But then in the afternoon, it looked like it would start to rain, so we canceled our plan to go worship at Repulse Bay and went to find a shabu buffet to eat with friends near our accommodation and went to buy shoes in Mongkok instead. Day 5 with the sky that never cooperates with us. Yes, it was raining🥲but I fought to buy Arabica coffee at Victoria Harbour and took a photo in the rain before going back to the airport. After buying coffee, we went to eat at the restaurant, queued up at our friends' accommodation, and went back to check out, returned the key card, returned the hotel deposit, and took the A21 bus back to the airport. But on the way back, we didn't take the Ngong Ping cable car because the weather was not good. So I talked to my friend that we would go shopping at the airport and wait to board the plane because our flight back would be around 7 pm and we would arrive in Thailand around 2-3 pm.
