Causeway Bay local ginger popular Master Beer
After learning that the popular bar Second draft moved from Tai Hang to Causeway Bay Fashion Walk, decided to go to the D Chill after work for a Happy Hour and try a few of its specialties.
🔸️ Tai Hang French Fries $88 🍟
See many people recommend second draft must-eat items. The fries are seasoned with cumin powder and chili, and are already super fragrant and tasty before they are eaten. The taste is even better with their own sauce, which is perfect for drinking with wine.
🔸️ Jelly Chicken Wings Pot $138🐣
Jelly chicken wings pot on the whole pot, served hot. Seasoned with homemade buffalo sauce, blue cheese, parsley and onions. All made small for easy entry.
🔸️ Pilsner🍺 $48
Easy to enter, lighter wheat flavor. Lower alcohol concentration, suitable for craft beer beginners.
🔸️ Citrus Trance 🍺 $55
After inquiring about the staff, I decided to try this craft beer with friuty flavor. The beer is smooth, not too much bubbles, fresh grapefruit flavor in the mouth, slightly sour wine flavor is not too strong, I like it not heavy alcohol flavor with less sweetness, very like this!
🔸️Fried sashimi beef cure🥪 $188
Very attractive appearance, the bread is crispy, the filling is bursting out of fried coriander and massive beef, of course, there is no shortage of southern milk sauce this soul sauce. It tastes salty and sweet. This combination is very special!
🔸️ Red Oil Shrimp Dumplings $98
There are four red oil shrimp dumplings per serving. The filling of shrimp dumplings is hand-bounced shrimp paste, served with red oil and dried onions. The surface is covered with fresh coriander. It tastes spicy and sour, delicious and appetizing.
