This is a Victorian-style park built by King Rama IV in 1866. It used to be the private garden of the Thai royal family and opened to the public in 1960. At the southern end of the park is a marble monument to Queen Sunantha Kumareerat and Princess Kannaporn Phetcharat, who died in a boat accident during the reign of King Rama V. In addition, there are glass houses, bugle halls, octagonal pavilions and other buildings in the park.

~Flowers in full bloom~Salanlong Park~
#Bangkok Attractions
Sharanlong Park, if described according to the luster of memory, is like a painting slowly unfolding. When you first enter the garden, it feels like you have stepped into another world, with the sound of birds and the fragrance of flowers, and the sun shining dappled on the green grass.
The clusters of flowers are like watercolors in a dream. The pink peach blossoms and the dazzling marigolds each show their charm and style, making people can't help but admire them softly. Tourists walked in groups of three or four among the flowers, chatting with each other, all of them revealing relaxed smiles in the embrace of nature.
When the afternoon breeze blows, the shadows of the trees dance, interweaving into a living picture. The paths in the park are winding and as you stroll through them, it seems as if time has slowed down, and every step is heavy with the breath of the four seasons.
It seems that time goes slower in Sharanlong Park, making people reluctant to leave. The setting sun painted the entire park golden. The language of love may not need to be so clear, but it is quietly revealed in every breeze and every ray of light.

A Serene Stroll Through Lumphini Park
Day 1:
In the early morning light, the streets of Bangkok still carried a hint of coolness as I arrived at Lumphini Park, located in the heart of the city. Known for its vast green spaces and tranquil lakes, this park is an ideal spot for both walking and relaxation. I strolled along the lakeside path, where the clear water reflected the towering tropical trees and the clouds in the sky, creating a natural painting. Along the way, I encountered locals jogging and tourists meditating, each moving at a leisurely pace. Occasionally, I paused to sit quietly on a bench by the lake, listening to the birds and the wind, and felt a deep sense of peace.
Day 2:
On the second morning, I visited Lumphini Park again, this time renting a bicycle to ride along the shaded paths, feeling the morning breeze on my face. An open lawn in the park attracted many families, with children flying kites and young people practicing yoga. I joined a relaxed Tai Chi class; although my movements were clumsy, the rhythm of deep breathing was incredibly soothing. Finally, I stopped at a small lakeside café to enjoy a cup of local iced Thai tea, watching the shimmering water as if time had paused in this green paradise.
The natural charm of Lumphini Park stands in stark contrast to the bustling city of Bangkok, presenting a serene oasis that showcases the city's gentle and warm side.

Saranrom Park
Saranrom Park.. A lovely park at the foot of Wat Pho the reclining Buddha. When you visit the Grand Buddha or the Grand Palace you must visit this park. nestled neatly between these humongous architectural structures is this quiet abode of fresh air and greens. Great walkways covered by trees, flowerbeds, lovely water features and fountains. I saw squirrels, turtles and monitor lizards. Sports facilities and play courts. Quite an enjoable park.
