I made a reservation to visit the market when the number of coronavirus cases was decreasing, and went there! ! This restaurant was originally called Ichiba Meshi Marunoya, but it has changed its name to Ichiba Meshi Hachi and is now open! ! On the 8th, they serve medama, which is sushi with seafood on top of a kappa roll, and since it happened to be the 8th, I also had this! The person I went with ordered the seafood barachirashi and sashimi set meal, which was also luxurious! The sea urchin was complimentary on this day! I went to Hachi Delicatessen in the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market!!! The market is not generally open to the public, but if you want to visit the market, eat at the restaurant, or use this shop, you can enter if you contact the market in advance!! I went there!! Everything is delicious. I ate it before I could take a picture, but the deep-fried cross-hampen and fried chicken were also delicious!! The chicken in the salad was fluffy and popular, and it sold out quickly, so I was able to get as much as I could! It seems that you can make reservations in advance, so if you're interested, why not contact them and come visit!
