#celebratewithtrip This marking of the Arctic Circle is inside the Santa Claus village in Rovaniemi. It's highlighted clearly and has pillars with lights too. We are so excited to cross the Arctic Circle inside the building and outside. The place was full of activities, which included reindeer ride, shopping, passport stamping, posting of cards with special stamps plus a photo with Santa Claus. ✨Woke up to this view in the igloo ❤️ 🍽️Breakfast and Dinner included 🛎️Staff was extremely helpful Stayed one night in the premium igloo, it is best to check the weather and clouds condition, the more clear the skies are the better chance to see the aurora. Unfortunately we didn’t catch a view of the aurora but the sunrise view was worth it too. Loved our stay and the staff was very helpful to us when we requested to change to a room with better view.

This is probably one of the three most famous glass igloos in Rovaniemi and even the whole of Finland. As Christmas approaches, prices are rising. Although it's a bit expensive, I still recommend it. There are several reasons: 1. The location is great. It's right next to Santa Claus Village, about a 10-minute walk away. It's also not far from the train station by car or taxi, about 10 minutes. 2. The hotel fee usually includes dinner and breakfast (not included in some discounts, so check carefully). The dinner here is actually quite good, but the so-called dinner only includes the main course, which is 4-5 main courses on the menu, including steak, salmon (Figures 5 and 6), venison, or scallops. The average price is about CNY 250 per person. That is, the meal cost of CNY 500 per day for 2 people is usually included in the room rate. But if we want to order other dishes, such as appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and drinks, we have to pay extra. 3. The room is not small. The igloo is 20 square meters, 24 square meters with an outdoor hot tub, and the largest is 29 square meters with a fireplace. The same room type will vary greatly depending on the number of guests (up to nearly CNY 1,000 per person). There is a separate shower space in the room, which is very important. (360-degree igloos usually don't have separate bathrooms.) I saw the aurora on the last night. Because it wasn't a big explosion, I couldn't lie in bed and watch the aurora like some lucky netizens mentioned. But I was lucky. Haha

The glass igloo is very well designed, with an enclosed bathroom and an open glass igloo at the front, offering a wide view of the starry sky and scenery. The room has air conditioning, so you don't have to worry about the cold. We only stayed for one night and saw the aurora. The hotel will give you a phone when you check in, and if there is an aurora at night, they will send you a message to let you know. It's very thoughtful. The aurora at night is so beautiful. In Finland, it is a great experience to have a chance to stay at the Santa Igloo! After all, Finnish glass houses have been raging around the world [address] next to Santa Claus Village, 8Km away from the city, it is a resort. [Service] The waiter is very enthusiastic and has helped a lot, such as many scheduled services. [Price] Because it is a net red hotel, it is almost 2-5K a night in the peak season, a little expensive, but the Nordic price is already high, can understand! Overall it is very good, the glass house is a great experience, especially when watching the aurora inside.
