Sanlitun, also known as the Siam Square of Beijing, is famous for its numerous brand-name stores. It's a popular shopping destination for Beijing's youth, similar to our Siam Square. If you visit Beijing, I recommend taking a stroll here. However, I didn't come here to shop, but to try Peking duck. I found a restaurant called Rhapsody, and it was the best I've ever had. The restaurant is great, and the staff provides excellent service.

#travelinginchina Visiting Sanlitun Bar Street in Beijing was an exhilarating experience. The vibrant street was lined with a diverse range of bars, clubs, and restaurants. I discovered trendy cocktail bars, sports bars, and even karaoke clubs. The street was also dotted with shops selling everything from fashionable clothing to unique souvenirs. I could grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants serving international cuisine, from Italian to Japanese. The lively atmosphere was infectious, and I felt energized and carefree. With so many options to choose from, I was spoiled for choice.

At the beginning of last year, the bar street on Sanlitun Road was closed for renovation and upgrading, and it has now fully reopened. The bar street has maintained its original fashion trend style. The bars on the east side of the road are one after another, beautifully decorated. The west side has added a lot of small shops, and specially arranged seats for tourists to rest. The bar street is bustling with tourists on weekends, and it is very lively. Sanlitun Bar Street was originally in the mid-1990s. The small bars were lit with neon lights. There were resident singers, rock music was loud, drinking and watching ball games, dating couples, and many foreigners patronized. It is a rare nightlife area in Beijing. Thirty years have passed, and the young people who patronized at that time have already started their own businesses. They will still take their families to visit Sanlitun Bar Street and look for youthful memories. The bar street is now diversified, in addition to bars, cafes, restaurants, there are also cultural and creative small shops, etc. The most lively is the night of the weekend holiday, many shops are open until late at night.
