In Jeju there are many hiking trails and some of these trails are not so easy. If you are just starting out then better stick with the amateur trail. I am not so adventurous in hiking so I only do the easy trail like Sanbangsan Yongmeori Geo Trail. A nice trail to hike in a windy weather and I also get to find many nice spots with Sanbangsan mountain. This trail is also right beside the sea and there are proper benches at the resting stops. My second #Jeju trip of 2022, when I suddenly had some free time!! • I went to the #sunset spot recommended by a Jeju acquaintance. However, the road up was no joke. I ran along the narrow and winding mountain road as if I was an explorer and finally arrived at #Gunsan Oreum. • I started taking pictures by setting up #timelapse ( #timelapse ) in the first lane at the parking lot. It seemed like I was getting travel sickness because it overlapped with the time I used to travel before Corona. • I decided to focus on this place for now and started taking timelapse pictures in the second lane at the top of Gunsan Oreum... I looked around 360 degrees and took pictures of the surrounding scenery such as #Sanbangsan, and I realized that there is no travel information as accurate as a local's recommendation. • Hmm... How long has it been since I enjoyed the sunset until the surrounding sky turned pitch black... As soon as I saw it, I was so busy taking pictures because my eyes were drawn to the yellow color. The interior is so lovely. It really makes me feel excited that I came to Jeju! The cafe menu is also very diverse, so it's a place I definitely want to visit when you come to Sanbangsan. On the plain in the southwest of Jeju Island, there is a bell-shaped volcano that seems to rise suddenly. This is Sanbangsan Mountain, from which you can see one of the ten scenic spots of Yeongju. The Longtou Coast extends along the Sanbang Mountain Range to the coast. Since the two attractions are not far apart, it is recommended to visit them together. Around San 16, Sagye-ri, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do Sanfangshan, located on the plain, is about 400 meters high and is a bell-shaped volcano with a good view. Because it is a steep mountain in the plain and is adjacent to the sea, you can often see the top of the mountain covered by clouds. About 150 meters up Sanbangsan Mountain, there is a sea cave called Sanbanggu. Looking out to the sea from the cave entrance, you can see a very unique landscape. This is the place listed as one of the ten scenic spots in Yingzhou. After climbing the mountain, you can go down to see the Longtou Haimai. The Longtou Haimai is named because the shape of the Sanfang Mountain Range extending toward the coast looks like a dragon's head reaching into the sea. The deep caves that are a bit like rooms and the wide rock walls where eroded layers are piled up in beautiful curves are very spectacular. At Yongdu Coast, you will see a large ship on the shore. It is actually a ship exhibition hall that introduces Hamel, a crew member of the Dutch East India Company who drifted to Jeju Island due to wind and waves more than 300 years ago.
