One of the beautiful golden beach in Malaysia is here! Kampung salang famous for its scenic beauty and turquoise water that attracted many tourist came to visit including me! Although I was not staying in Kampung Salang for my Solo trip but I took Naga Ferry to come here just to relax and enjoy the panoramic view while taking sip of my coconut water. It’s a nature reserve ,ringed by beaches . The Salang beach is a popular beach destination at north of Pulau Tioman,located along the west coast in a secluded bay! Salang beach is also a diver’s den ,being the closest village to many reef sites and wrecks around Tioman ,including coral island (Pulau Tulai) ,Chebeh, batu malang and Fan Canyon . Just a 2-2.5hour ride and a short ferry trip from Singapore is the lovely island of Pulau Tioman, Malaysia. There are a few jetties/villages on this island which you can stay at, the most populated being ABC. If you prefer a quieter spot along the island, head for Kg Salang village - where the fishes are so close to shore that no snorkels and needed! Just remember to avoid the monsoon period sometime between November to February!
