We went to Hindu temples, mosques, and we had to visit Buddhist temples. When we arrived, we felt that there were fewer people than Hindu temples. Inside, there was a large Buddha statue with bright colors that were worth worshipping. It felt more like a Burmese temple. Next to it was a Chinese temple.🤩 Singapore is like Thailand. There are people from every nation and religion.🥰

The Sakya Muni Buddha Gaya Temple, also known as the 'Thousand Lights Temple,' was established by Chinese Buddhist devotees. Although located in the Little India area, it is an important place for Buddhist worshippers. This is a great example of how various religious facilities coexist in many parts of Singapore, showcasing its multi-religious society. 😊 Inside the temple, there is a massive Buddha statue approximately 15 meters tall. This statue depicts a seated Buddha, surrounded by numerous smaller Buddha statues. Behind the main statue, there is a small space that houses a reclining Buddha statue. Photography is prohibited in this area, but the reclining Buddha is quite large and definitely worth seeing. Additionally, the temple offers prayer services for a small fee. You can request prayers for special wishes or intentions. When visiting the temple, you must remove your shoes before entering and maintain a quiet and reverent demeanor inside.
