Causeway Bay popular and cost-effective sushi 🍱
Tonight I finally have the chance to try Uoichi (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎), which specializes in affordable sushi, fried food, skewers and other Japanese cuisine. The price-performance ratio is first-rate!
The restaurant environment is dominated by warm wood colors, and there are many Japanese-style murals around. The restaurant has many seats. Even when we sat down at 8:30, the restaurant was still full, which shows how popular it is!
We ordered:
🍱Fish rice bowl $178
A must-order 👍🏻Super rich, big bowl, consisting of prawns, salmon, toro, hamachi, red fish, squid🦑, scallops, salmon roe, sea urchin, and pork belly puree. It has a strong lineup, thick slices, fresh and sweet! (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) There was more sashimi than rice~ I couldn’t finish it in the end (*ˉ︶ˉ*)
Nigiri sushi:
Glass shrimp sushi (2 pieces) $14
Hokkaido sushi (2 pieces) $15
Salmon chips (2 pieces) $18
Grilled salmon $10@1
Grilled Hokkaido Scallop $10@1
Highly recommend the belt! Whether it is sashimi or grilled, it is very fresh and sweet (*ˉ︶ˉ*). The grains are full and the meat has no frozen taste at all!
The glass shrimp is fresh and chewy ~ the grilled salmon is full of oil and fragrance, it’s unbeatable 🥳
Fire Dragon Roll (8 pieces) $88
Big portion, rich taste (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
Tuna belly with scallions (2 pieces) $28
just! The tuna belly is smooth and tender.
Soft shell crab tempura (whole) $48
The original one (≧∇≦) is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the texture inside is very creamy (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
Kimchi pork hotpot $78
A cost-effective choice for warming the stomach! The amount of pork and baby cabbage is also large, and the bottom is filled with vermicelli, which is full of the essence of all the soup (*ˉ︶ˉ*)
First time trying Fish One. I didn’t control the portion well😆🤣 and ended up not being able to finish it. It was really a big portion worth the rice. The average cost per person was about $300!
