We chose to sleep one night near the airport and take a taxi the next day, probably 40 minutes to the time. There are marine life in the safari, wildlife, children feeding giraffes for the first time, camels, watching elephants, very excited to see the animals walking around, not on the TV to see, happy to him! There is a food court in the garden, lots of food, and not expensive. This park environment is big enough, lots of animals, tickets are not expensive, worth recommending!

Seeing big buffaloes, giraffes and elephants with really amazing. My kids falls into the parrot groups which they love it, and very much happy to feed them the food. The park was opened in 1988 with a total area of 480 acres (190 ha) for its open zoo and 180 acres (73 ha) for its bird park. A major renovation to enhance effectiveness of land use began on 17 April 1989 and its total area developed for the leisure park now consists of an open zoo and a marine park on 500 rai (approximately 200 acres) of land. On 1 February 1994, Safari World changed its name to Safari World Public Company Limited. Later, it was accepted by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to become the first and only entertainment park to be listed on SET on 16 February 1995.

About an hour plus journey from Bangkok is an amazing Safari World! It is a huge park that comprised of both Safari World and Marine Park. The park is huge and filled with many animals, definitely a heaven for animal lovers and for kids. There are altogether 7 animal shows and many animals to feed and take photos with. Per bucket of feed is about 4SGD and is not expensive. One can even freely feed giraffes in their enclosure and they are free to roam. At the end of the trip, you can either drive into the Safari zone yourself, which gives you a real Safari experience or you can engage a private driver, like my family did. the name doesn’t do it justice, there are more than marine life in this place. it’s more of a zoo that includes some marine life and shows. due to the time taken up for the drive through safari park, we had to skip some shows like elephant and orang Utan in the morning. in the afternoon, we caught the sea lion, dolphin and a cowboy stunt show which was quite loud for the toddler due to its air gun and sound effects. signages were abundant so we won’t lose our way. 20baht bottled waters and dolphin strollers were available for rental with a 600baht deposit. bring 100baht notes to feed the animals like pony, giraffe and camels per small bucket #urbanexplorer #givethanks #bucketlistreboot #naturalwonders
